Brioche Pasquier launches new Le Praliné entrements

Brioche Pasquier's new Le Praliné Entrements is a layered dessert bar, designed to be eaten in slim slices or individual bites.

“The Le Praliné is our first nut based entremets,” explains Brioche Pasquier's foodservice sales manager Jon Turonnet.

“Following on from the success of our various chocolate entremets, and the popular Macaron Vanille Framboise Entremets, we decided that a praline version would add a new dimension to the range.

"It comes in an 800g layered bar that is easy to slice into 12-48 portions depending on the size required, so is ideal for events as well as restaurants.”

The new entremets is made with five distinctive layers – smooth almond sponge, crispy hazelnut feuilletine, silky praline hazelnut mousse, meringue and Chantilly cream, crunchy caramelised hazelnuts and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
