James Golding launches fourth season of sustainable food podcast
James Golding, renowned chef, Head of Food Education at Table Talk Foundation, and founder of Nomadic Sporadic has partnered with Maple from Canada UK once again to host the fourth season of the chart topping, sustainable food podcast series, Always in Season.
In the first episode, which went live earlier this month, James is joined by one of the world’s most esteemed patisserie chefs, Cherish Finden. The series is the flagship podcast from Maple from Canada UK, the consumer arm of Quebec Maple Syrup Producers, which represents maple syrup producers from across Canada including over 11,300 from Québec.
The first episode, now live on Spotify and Apple Podcasts Baking with Cherish Finden - Always In Season | Podcast on Spotify explores how Cherish infuses her Singaporean background into her world-famous afternoon teas, she offers top tips for aspiring home bakers, discusses how she ended up as a judge on Bake Off: The Professionals, and much more.
